On the Sonic 06 website it says that she is a Queen from another dimesion and that she has to protect and control the Sol Emeralds but in the game shes from the future so I don't know.

Alternate Dimension. That's what it was in Sonic Rush, she practically said so herself, and it's been stated as such many times. Man, WHY did she have to be in Sonic 06 and be partnered up with Silver? Not only does it contradict her character, but her story and everything. It's all screwed up. The game would have been better off without partner characters, because it's obvious Blaze was just there due to her being somewhat popular and because they wanted two partners for Silver. And the choices were random, that's for sure. None of the partner characters were all that great anyway, save for Blaze and maybe one or two others.
Whatever the reason she was in the future with Silver, I'm glad all of that was erased. Here's hoping she and Silver aren't even friends anymore. Like it SHOULD be. I'd rather not see my one of my favorite characters paired with one of the most obnoxious characters in the series anymore. KTHNX

The fact that the Sonic 06 website says she's from another dimension proves that she was simply shoved into the game for fanservice. The allusion that she was from the future in that game came due to her not having any reason to "visit" Silver in his own timeline as presented. So, I'm afraid they wanted us to put the pieces together ourselves and it didn't work. Now everyone is confused.
