Dimension Defying SFG Release on Friday

We are now on the horizon of what is expected to be the final release of the SFG, version 4.0.

To mark the occasion, Ironrind has posted a lengthy gameplay video showcasing the characters available to players. In addition to Sonic, Knuckles and Shadow, you’ll also have control over characters hailing from the SatAM era, including Bunnie Rabbot and Sally Acorn, as well as some other notable friends, such as Rouge, Blaze, and Shade. Also, Charmy Bee is touting a giant weapon–bigger than Fang’s. That can’t be bad.

Visually, Sonic Nebulous looks amazing, but will the gameplay be on par with the graphics. Players will get their first taste of Sonic Nebulous 4.0 on Friday when the new edition is released. The game will also make an appearance at this year’s Sonic Amateur Games Expo, which begins Saturday. In the meantime, check out the nearly four minute video below.

Everything looks good but that style is freaking me out

Wow that looks pretty good. But what exactly is this Sonic Amateur Games Expo?

I don't know why but that looks like an not very fun game.

Odd music, odd style, and Nack improperly named; hmm, I don't know how much I'd like it.

Yeah, that's apart of it. But the gameplay desn't seem fun or smooth either.

It could be an interesting game, but the style seems rather dark for the Sonic series. The character designs are also a bit odd as well.
