Irrelevant. As connection speed goes up or down, the speed of IE relative to that of FF is more or less the same, and IE is quite literally never faster unless you're an idiot and have something screwed up on FF, in which case there's a myriad of ways to solve it.

Because they have not learned to Internet, and their Google-fu is undeveloped.
Laconically: Firefox is open source, meaning you can tweak it pretty much however you want to fit your browsing experience. It's also the fastest major browser out there. (Aside from Uzbl, which only people who know a hefty amount about coding can use effectively because all it does is parse HTML [I think. It might just retrieve HTML files from servers and display them raw.] and they expect the end-user to add on everything else.) These two things make Firefox in every way superior to every other major browser. (Again, except Uzbl, but some of us are too lazy/inept/etc. to do all that coding.)

On my computer, I use Internet Explorer, but on most occasions, I use Safari, and I actually prefer to use it more than Internet Explorer. It seems to work much better than Internet Explorer, even within a mobile format, such as that within the iPod Touch or iPhone.

Mozilla Firefox out of all of them. I used to like internet explorer, but nowadays I find Firefox to be much more convienient.

Opera is the best. Seriously, it dominates any other browser! After that, Konqueror is runner up. Then Safari. And then personally Internet Explorer. I'd rather use FireFox than Chrome, but Opera is the best.
