I have to go with cheddar. Both are t my liking, the only cheese I don't have a particular like for is feta and ricotta, I'll eat 'em, but I'm not the biggest fan of doing so. Anyway, I really like sharp cheeses. I also like it if they go down smooth and don't make me constipated. While mozzarella is smooth, it is rather tasteless without seasoning or if it's on pizza. Cheddar is nice and sharp, yet it goes down like a powder, which is nice. It's good with practically everything, crackers, sandwiches, dip, so I have to say cheddar.
