Shadow The Hedgehog

Shadow is decent.
He's overrated due to his popularity and overkill, but he's alright.
His game wasn't so well though, given the fact that the guns really ruined his reputation and the fact Sonic game play and guns do not go together.

To be honest, know that he found out his past and he's away from Eggman, he's kinda pointless but to be a pain to Sonic or to be annoyed by Sonic by constantly being called "faker"

I can believe Waluigi is the evil Luigi. But even so, Shadow's not an evil version of Sonic. He's just a slightly darker and more reserved version of Sonic (coloured black and red).

Shadow...is in all honesty the best character in the whole Sonic franchise at the moment. He's the only true anti-hero, and so far, he's had the most compelling character arc that I have ever seen, ala ShTH. He began as some mercenary for Dr. Eggman, just so who could bring revenge to the world. By the end, he's a neutral party who'll do anything to SAVE the world.

I can't really come up with anything else to say. He's just a really good character overall.

The same thing happened in SA2 really, except he was manipulating Eggman while himself being manipulated by preset protocols and his creator who was long dead. Then, while he was waiting for their demise, Amy talked to him and reawakened his past memories of Maria's promise and his actual purpose. He then fought off the Biolizard while Sonic and Knuckles got the Master emerald in place. Finally, he used the emeralds along with Sonic, his previous rival, and battled the now hell bent biolizard. To save the Earth and everyone on the arc from destruction, he used all of his stored ring energy(or released his power limiter rings, whatever your theory is) in one final burst to teleport the Ark back into orbit, saving the Earth and sacrificing his life in the process(or so we thought).

Maybe it's just me, but I find that far more interesting than aliens coming to help make him and his sole purpose being to help destroy the Earth, and then Shadow deciding to destroy the aliens to take control of his own life.

Shadow was Alright in SA2 but he just went down the Toilet afterwards.

Since Shadow's death in SA2, he's been overrated.

The SA2 Shadow was great. Then they brought him back to life with guns and vehicles. This Shadow was not as cool. The original Shadow was the greatest, but unfortunately, he's dead.

I still love Shadow, he's one of my top favorite characters along with Sonic and Knuckles, but I know full damn well he's been suffering. But considering he hasn't been in that many games, and his game is over FIVE years old, so can we drop that part of him already.

I've never been a fan of Shadow and for the most part I find him annoying. However I'll say he was okay in Sonic Adventure 2, probably because he had an actual reason for being around. But since his resurrection I've found no reason to like or care about the character. To me Shadow is basically a bad mix of Sabertooth and The Sentry.

Well in the 2006 version he is AWSOME! But sodly in SonicX.... Grr Grr

In my view he's awesome, He gets pretty soft in Sonic universe at times xD
There's nothing really bad about him...not that I know of, The only thing that bothered me a little was his line "I AM SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG, THE ULTIMATE LIFE FORM!" but I'm used to it now xD

Well, shadow is my SECOND favourite character, second to Sonic, ofcourse!

I like how he takes the story to more serious ways!

Shadow sucks now like he was soooooo much better in SA2. The real shadow was cool and mean but he died trying to save the world the only reason why he tried to save the world was for Maria who also died like 50 years ealier by military.

Well, let's go by the games:
SA2 - good, but a bit immature
Sonic Heroes - pretty alright
ShTH - He decided to not have a character in that game
Sonic 2006 - the only one who wasn't a moron
Sonic Generations - why did you attack Sonic and then cheered him up?

I agree. Shadow is just a Vegeta-cut-out now.

I really like him and think that he's cool. I like his personality (inb4youresochildish), character design, and powers. His skates are 3hunna percent coo too.

His best appearance to me though was sa2

I think Shadow is a cool-looking character & fun to play as

I love using his hover shoes

By the way, I even have a giant Shadow The Hedgehog plush (I managed to win it a while back)
