Quite honestly, although I am pretty new at being a Sonic fan, this site seemed the most attractive option to me when I was looking for Sonic people to communicate with. Also, I wanted to post my story first in a place where I think people would appreciated it more. I looked at fanfiction.net and although I have nothing against it, It looks like you could get a little lost with the amount of content on it.

You can always count on me.
Although I'm entirely sure the forum is dieing. This place is tough, I don't think it's going anywhere. It even survived the Grammar Nazi's, and I'm STILL feeling the aftershocks of that...

Re: Pull it together
So yeah, about that illness I mentioned, it took more than 3 weeks for me to somewhat recover.
Some things that happened include; I had my fever go into the 105s; I coughed so much that I nearly strained my abdomen and couldn't get up or cough hard for 2 days, plus I also had such hard bouts of coughing that I coughed up bloody sputum twice; I ended up with a skin rash all over my body because of an allergy to the amoxicillin antibiotic I was taking for a middle ear infection I got early in the illness; and I ended up lethargic for two days, where I basically felt tired no matter what I did and when I actually slept, I had confusing and repetitious dreams that made it impossible to relax.
Other than a lingering cough and being extremely behind on my classes though, I'm over it now. I still won't be regularly visiting because of said catching up I need to do first, plus all sorts of personal family issues to deal with, (I also officially declare this the worst year in my life, even though it's only been 1/3rd of the year so far) but I should probably be back in 3 or 4 more weeks if nothing else comes up in this god damned year.

Whoo, yet another life changing event occuring during the beginning of this year. Like it needed it.

Re: Pull it together
Regardless of intentions, topics like these never accomplish much. I had to learn that the hard way.

Is it ever possible to learn it the easy way?

Well, at least you're alive SRZ. I'm very glad to hear that. Stay healthy, man.
And yes, you can learn the easy way.
