To be clear, a Chapter 11 bankruptcy, in theory, allows a company to continue operating, maintain its assets, and re-organize. That’s opposed to a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, which is the first move to close a business outright and liquidate its assets.

For what? Not watching Sonic X enough to generate enough revenue to help them pay off debts? Without them, CW4Kids would be replaced with infomercials, and movies airing in the morning on occasion. I mean, TMNT (one of 4Kids' biggest ratings grabbers), and The Winx Club are airing on Nickelodeon channels, now.

All 4Kids has are the following: Sonic X, Dragon Ball Z Kai airings, Yu-Gi-Oh, And online stuff. Since I work on Weekends, I have less time to watch TV in the mornings.

In my opinion, 4kids started to go downhill as soon as they lost the rights to Pokemon.

Most people don't realize that 4kids was a good channel for little kids. When I was 7-8, it was the reason I'd wake up on Saturday.

And frankly, their Winx dub was much better than the Nickelodeon one. The thing is, though, you can watch DBZ Kai on NickToons, anyway, and their shows are either from somewhere else or suck...and sometimes both.

Anyway, maybe they'll try to produce higher-quality things to help. Many of their dubs used to sound like they were recorded with a computer mic.
