Should he have his Moderator status returned?

No, we just had the polls. We have enough mods now.

Yes, he didn't have any reason to lose it.

No, he isn't active here.

I had a conversation with him and he stated he would post here daily.

Well then I guess I simply came back too late. And after this I'd seem pretty awkward getting my mod status back.

I know this will sound stupid to the rest of you but typing this right now if making me feel a bit sad.

Crystal Chaotix, first off this is not a behind your back talk. This is in plain view of the public and you were welcome to join the discussion. Second, we like you being here, but we held an election and you didn't make it. However, if we receive more member activity, we will put you as a candidate for the second Moderator election.

Like I said I'd be really awkward now even though I sort of do wish for it back.

And I apologize if any of you think I'm being pushy with anything I'm saying. I know I tend to say stupid things a lot when it deals with matters outside of the general Sonic discussion.

If you ask me CC3 I think you need to sit back, relax and realize that the internet is not there to attack you. Rather its there to give you a push into a void of mystery and excitement. We're all bashed "alot" on the internet and it all makes us feel like a load of s so just hang in there and know we are not your enemies rather your advisers. Take my brother Shadow122 for intense when his girlfriend CutieAngel dumped him for two other guys. He only met her other the internet and had know idea the true her untill she did what he did. He was so depressed, but he came back realizing he didn't know her "personaly" and so with that thought in mind he knew it was only a screen with words. The internet is just a worldwide thing with alot of s just floating around that sometimes we just have to ignore and deal with. My motto is f THE INTERNET!!!

Well, yes... I know but... I'm kinda paranoid on everything. And besides I know there are real people behind those words so I try my best to not screw up. Whether it be here or out in real life.

It would seem that I'm failing to do so as I expected though. Oh well. Thanks for your acceptance though.

No problem. Anyways back on the topic aat hand. I say if CC3 gets enough members that actually stay and post actively then he should be able to get his moderation status. I don't think it was fair that you made people mods and then if they do something stupid once or if they are inactive in which case they might return they lose that status.

I actually though that if I kept coming back frequently when I could that I'd be able to keep the status too. Guess there was a certain period of time when I was out too long though.

Plus, I fear I'm a bit too shy and gutless to ask people to get members to join. Of course I could try at least.

And I have all ready promised that I'd post actively every single day at least.

Completely agreed. This is the truth.

So I believe we should hold a re-election for moderators.

Another one? How exactly was the other one decided? I skimmed through the first one a up to the part where three of the mods were dropped and Pinata was elected but that was it.

But a re-election is unnecessary. We just had a election.

If we had a re-election we could give members back their rightful positions and have ainsight on what and how the boards will shape.

That's not really what I meant. And usually something isn't deemed unnecessary just because another one happened a while before. I don't really know if it's needed myself however so I guess I can't speak up for it either.

There will be no new Moderator Election until we get increased activity on these forums. That is that. We only need Moderators as a ratio to control the freqency of activity. Right now it relatively low, however, if it is to increase, we will hold a second Moderator Election.

Okay, now that's sounds like a better reason.

I am glad this was resolved.
