So in these days, a bunch of Sonic related news are now out. Most importantly the new Sonic Transformed videos:

Sonic Generations is now a downloadable game for XB's Live Marketplace on Demand. For the price of $29.99, you can download your favorite game where you get to play as two generations of our beloved hedgehog. There is a demo available if you want to try it before you dare buy it. Ironically, SEGA never said a thing about this on their blog.

Sonic Jump, a mobile game dedicated to Sonic just jumping to the heights of infinity (as far as I think) will be released for all iOS veterans tomorrow (Thursday). It will be priced at $1.99. Some interesting features I noticed are red rings, powerups, and who knows if Sonic has his move from Sonic 4, where he gets to boost himself in the air if he finds no enemy to homing attack on. Interestingly in the available screenshot, it seems to be a floating Generations Green Hill zone, with a moon in the background, a clear blue sky.

Rumors that Sonic the Fighters will be released digitally. There is a trailer that includes many other SEGA games. In the video, the sound of loss of rings are heard. Could this mean Sonic the Fighters will see a digital re-release like Sonic CD and SA2? We'll find it out later.

More news about Sonic Jump. It includes his friends, Tails and Knuckles, with unique ablities. There is an arcade mode, which means survival. You can also collect rings to unlock additional features, or if you're that kind of impatient guy who spends money on rather easy to get items in TF2, you can spend money to earn rings. You can also challenge friends, and ironically, get into boss battles. 36 story levels as of now. The cons? It is said that Sonic uncurls as he jumps to higher heights, leaving him invulnerable to badniks. Could this addition make the game more annoying, or more challenging? Could this be a more addictive version of Sonic 4? We'll see when we get our hands on the game later.
Free updates will roll into the game, including more characters and the stuff.

Hope you enjoyed reading my news, and I hope you are excited for these Sonic games that are starting to appear.
