I agree with Omnihush. To have character specific boards and then a usergroup serving the purpose is pointless, rendering one of the two useless. Cancel my idea as well.
Make these very specific, I'm liking the Artist Guild, but come up with a name more creative. Everything else, doesn't seem necessary.
