What happened to the reply creator?

Where's all the options for fonts, sizes, colors, and etc.? I don't know if you guys have it hidden, abolished it, or what, but I would like to see it return. If you guys are working on it, please let me know, and I will voice my appreciation. If not, will you please let me know why? I like to use BBCode abilities, and I don't have the entirety of the Code memorized. I hate to sound like a loud bitch, but this has become increasingly glaring to me.

I'm not entirely sure what's causing this. It should be available by default, and I've checked the templates I've modified as well as re-checked the CSS and nothing has yielded favorable results.

We do intend to bring it back, as this isn't the first complaint we've received regarding it. We'll look over the test site to see if there's anything that can be done without interfering with the site's current design structure.
