Despite the style of gameplay, I kinda dig the Wii U version more. I don't have a U to try it out on unfortunately. Guess I'll be looking forward to a let's play.

Honestly, I think they've shown us more cutscenes and bosses than actual gameplay, which is why I find it hard to form a conclusion on my thoughts on the game. The little gameplay that is shown is just Sonic and the other three characters running in a straight line, or something like that.
