In your view which is the most well written animes you have seen? Not your favorite, well written. In my view:

    Death Note ~ 9.9/10

Extremely well written series, I have found no flaws except very minute details in every other episode.

    The Boondocks ~ 9.4/10

    To be edited later...

I have excluded many Animes I like, because I realize they are not well written, I just like them. You?

My new favorite is The Irresponsible Captain Tylor. Think of it like Star Trek that refuses to take itself seriously. It's hilarious, and the characters are very well designed.

I also like Studio Ghibli's works, including "Nausicaa," "Princess Mononoke," and "Spirited Away."

One Piece, defidently. The way the story was outlined and continued onward astounded me. The fact that basically no character that appeared or hinted off before is made sure to be never forgotten is a plus. It's hard for me to hate any of them because of their unique and sometimes funny personalities.

And the names. Such creative names. How often do you hear an Eneru, Rob Lucci, Jyabura, Eustass Kid, Trafalgar Law, or a Sanji?

Well, it's not anime, its Asian animation, but does not hail to japan, and its planning taking the most part in America, even furthers the point, I'm just sayin'...

I mean the art and animation style. I can not differentiate from others considered to be Anime. If anything, it's just a different genre. I don't see how what you said defines Anime.

I'm sorry for sharing my opinion on this but I think those are the most overrated shows ever. DBZ isn't really bad, just not that good (no where near Dragonball. That was awesome.)

And Naruto is just a mess...

From my knowledge, DBZ is supposed to be an average level manga/anime thing, but got popularized. I don't know. I just watch show.

The Boondocks is even farther from being anime then Avatar is. It's in the same style but that hardly makes it anime.
