Is a New Sonic Movie on the cards?

I was just snooping around the internet when I came across this:

Why? I think it would be nice to have it in the same continuity as Sonic the Movie and same art style. We didn't get enough out of that continuity.

True. But I found the actors voices to be annoying. Tails for example. Lanie Frasier sounded like she had a cold. And Sonic's voice just sounded so dull and monotone, almost like he isn't even interested.

But I did like the anime theme to it. And the story line was awesome!

Boy does he have some competition
