Best design?

Whats your favorite desing, or model, for Sonic? I like how he looked in Unleashed, and Sonic Adventure.

Almost all of them I like. But my fave is SADX.

Unleashed and Sonic X were my favorites. The way he looked didn't make me cringe or think of something repulsive like the Riders and Next-gen designs.

I think Sonic X only looked good some of the time, the art is not very consistent at all. But you are right that Riders and Nextgen are some of the worst.

Of course the art wasn't consistant. That's not what this is about. :Neutralness:

His design in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle above all else. That truly defined what Sonic stood for and his basic essence.

Yes. Like the fact that his hands in DX aren't just 3-D blocks with lines on them and are actual hands. Pretty sweet.

Sonic look'd uglier in SADX, uglier face, stale, and out of place.
SA1's design look'd more to hia previous design and match'd wiz ze environment.

There were also changes to the environment's appearance as well. Overall, he looked better in DX. His model was on par with Mario's in Sunshine.
