My idea.

The more members you invite, the higher the rank you get, and the more things are discounted for you in the store or casino, etc.

The concept is simple, as that of a frequent flyer mileage program. The more users you invite, the less you need to pay for certain in things in the store or casino.

It's not literally inviting them to Club Blue, but the more members you get signed up to TSC, the higher your rank is.
