The Fan Art or Fan Fiction forums woud suffice, for fan comics. I think Miles24 posts his fan comic in fant art, but I'm not too sure.

Fan comics or sprite comics, seeing that they depend mostly on visual design, would go within the Fan Art section at this moment. A Fan Comic section may be a good idea, but it is both up to Zezima to decide, and there has to be more interest comics within the site.

Like the others said. Fan Comics are pretty much Fan Art. We don't need to clutter up the fan forum with a section very few people will use.
