I think he's an OK character. Having said that, I don't really have any (strong) opinions on any characters.

Well, I liked him in SA, SA2 and Sonic Colors. Other than that, he just seemed too childish and immature. I guess you could mainly blame that on Amy Palant, though.

Heroes changed every character (even Omega, oddly enough). It depends on the person if that was for the better or worse. But most agree that SNG ruined every character (yes, even Silver).
