I restrain you fully so that you can not move with restraining systems that you cannot break or in any way circumvent, and hook you into a pod that gives you sustenance and otherwise maintains your body while fully aware. Before I close the door I inform you that when you die I'll defile your corpse. For the time you're in the pod you're all but immortal, except for the fact that the nutrition you receive is ever so slightly less than the bare minimum you need to survive. I then put the pod in a completely empty room. No light, no sound, no taste or smell, and not even the slightest feeling of touch due to the numbing agents being pumped through you. No sensation whatsoever, and no sleep due to other chemical alterations forced upon your body. After countless millenia of the slightest, trickling starvation and absolutely no outward stimuli, you've gone far beyond irreparably insane in your own mind. After billions more, you finally die from the terminal end of starvation that slowly but surely made you even more miserable on top of your madness. And then I rape your corpse just to make good on my promise.
