"Ashley whats wrong?" Bloodshot said walking over to her

"The rings...they're like the emeralds, right?" she asked.

"Not as powerful but yes" He replied

"Well...I can't touch the chaos emeralds, or be near them, or use them," she whispered. "But you're not supposed to know. Everyone thinks I have chaos control, but I don't. Only my brother does. I have something else."

"Well no the problem starts..." Bloodshot said "I have chaos powers so when I'm using them I want you to take cover understand?"

"Okay,"she said. She wondered if her powers would have the same effect on Bloodshot as her brother. "But I'm perfectly fine...I just need some help. Give me a minute."
Ash closed her eyes and silently moved her lips, and Bloodshot watched in awe as blue mists began to come out of nowhere and swirled around her until they seemed to be in here. A faded, light blue aura stayed around her and she walked out the door.

"Where... Where did she go?" He asked himself as he looked around. "Got you!" Darkrah said lifting bloodhot by the troat " Are you ready to join your family" "Ack... Bite me..." Bloodshot said strugling

"At least she works for free," one of Darkrah's minions laughed.
Bloodshot's eyes widened. He heard a loud bang from the next room over, and he felt a pain on his forehead like it had been cut. He reached up to feel, but there was no blood on his hand when he brought it back down.

"Who are ye on about!? Your mother!" He slagged Darkrah but also questioning

Ash broke down the door with one simple blast and jumped out. She took down a couple of minions by simply waving her hand, then walked up to Darkrah.
"You're Darkrah?" she asked.
"Foolish girl. Go," he ordered.
Ash laughed. "You don't know who you're talking to."
She snapped her fingers, and the door of another cell exploded.
"I haven't seen this since...Janessa," Darkrah said.
Ash's eyes widened. She destroyed a couple more minions, then waited.

Bloodshot broke from Darkrahs grip and grabbed Ashley and ran broke threw the cell doors "Thanks for the help Ash now were even I guess" He said running with her

Ash sighed. Bloodshot stared at her.
"Just remembering doing this with my brother when we were young and...."

"Ashle.....Huh..." bloodshot sighed and walked and then there was a red glow in the field..."Hey that looks like a sol emerald" bloodshot said as he sped towards it.

"What? There are other emeralds?" Ash asked.

"Yes there are and this is one containing mass fire power." Bloodshot explained "Its a sol emerald these have more power than a chaos emerald!"

Ash groaned. "But they're made out of the same stuff?" she guessed. "Dammit, not only does it have to be more powerful than a chaos emerald, but it has to be fire, too! Excuse me, I'm going to attempt to drown myself for the millionth time. Carry on." With that, she turned around and briskly walked to the closest visible beach.

"Ashley what is wrong with you?" Bloodshot asked

Ash turned around momentarily, and shot a glare at Bloodshot. She spun on her heels, then stood still for a moment. Suddenly, she dashed into the water and leapt in. Bloodshot watched suddenly as her shadow dissapeared.

"Ah! What the....." Bloodshot said trying to see straight "Whao I have to admit that stuff is a bit strong but why did Ashley do that?" He thought.

Ash stood at the bottom, but suddenly her joints went stiff. The last time she had gone to the beach, she had been with Will and they had....She didn't notice that she was crying, since her tears blended in with the water. She swam around to another inlet, then walked back out. She saw Bloodshot in the distance, looking at the beach, and she shook her head and walked away in the protection of the trees.

"Well its getting late..." Bloodshot said to himself "Be careful out there Ashley..." He whispered to himself as he fell asleep under the palm tree

Ash realized it was getting dark out. "What now?" she whispered, noticing a large clearing up ahead. She continued, but realized this place was already taken. Even though there was plenty of room, Bloodshot was sleeping peacefully in one place.
"If only there was a closet here," she breathed, laughing slightly as hysteria from the horror of her past memories creeped in. She turned around, and walked until she returned to the beach. She looked out at the stars for a moment, standing still, and then dived back into the water. She got deep enough to sleep peacefully, then closed her eyes.

Bloodshot woke up the next morning and walked into the feilds and came across a old factory "Hmm... I wonder would there be any chaos emeralds here..." he said opening the doors

Ash woke up earlier than he did; she checked to make sure. She walked the whole perimeter of the island, then went deeper in until she came to a small factory.
"What?" she said. "There's not supposed to be anything on this island but a jail." She walked in, looking for the Mind Emeralds, until she heard someone enter from the front. She heard Bloodshot's familiar voice, and realized in horror he could find the Mind Emerald she was sure rested here and mistake it for a chaos emerald.
"It's going to react the same with his chaos emerald...this is the first time I might've found one in half a year...dammit!"

"Ugh damn it whats that red glow!?" he said trying to see past the light... "Maybe a chaos emerald... Chaos control!" Bloodshot teleported up to the glow and picked up the gem "Whats this?... Well It may help me defeat Darkrah... I'll keep it with me for now"
