Also, I disliked Elise. She just was way too much of a damsel in distress, and felt a bit cardboard in terms of personality to me. Remember though Gin, this is our opinion, not yours. You shouldn't let other's opinions completely ruin your perspective. Just remember not to completely shut out opinions or reasoning either, because that is when opinion turns to stubborn ignorance, and turns you into what people call fanboys, and some others call anti-fanboys.

Edit: PS, Elise will always at least be better than Chris Thorndyke.

Well I think there's one other Sonic character besides Chip I'm bringing back in the canon Book stories I write.....only shes a little different.

She's one dimensional.

Time for a positive comment. I find Elise very likable. Sonic 06 was a pretty good game and the princess was a cool edition. :mrgreen:

Elise was a good character in a bad game.

Elise = Sonic's Princess Peach. Only difference is Peach can kick butt, that and she doesn't get kidnapped multiple times in the same game.

I like her a little it's like a 50/50 thing

I don't like her nor do I dislike her. I lean a little more on the negative side because she annoyed me. She kept getting kidnapped all the time and she did nothing really useful. She cried and whined and bitched all the time and it just eventually got old. I was a bit tired of her after everything was going on. I didn't really like how the game seemed to revolve around her either. She was too one dimensional for that.

I like Elise to she was slighty better then the whole Amy chasing after Sonic mumbo jumbo even though Elise & Sonic were just friends

Lets hope that they remain "Just friends". Actually, let's hope that Elise never returns instead. Or, even better would be if she did return at the beginning of a game but then got killed by Robotnik! ... Why do I get the feeling I've said that before?

There has been a stigma that hovers over Chris’s character which is undeserved because he had to be made vulnerable (12 year old kid), relatable (had problems) and have a big enough place for Sonic and his friends to stay (his wealth). Human hating Sonic “fans” do not understand how story telling is supposed to work.

Chris in his adult forum (24 or 26 years old) needs to be given a chance in a video game and if he can one up Sora from Kingdom Hearts that would be awesome. :D:

As a dimensional traveler he moves from game universes just trying to get home as a consequence for selfishly going to Sonics’ world alone (Sonic X season 3).

No..I have no love whatsoever for that Final Fantasy Reject..just becuase she could'nt find a job in a good JRPG she had to go & ruin a sonic one! lol...OK I exxagerate..but I really don't care for the character...at all..hope willing, she never returns at all ever..be it game, comic, TV show..what have you!

Ironically I actually Find Chris thorndyke likeable compared to her..& find chris as whiny as all hell in seasons 1 & 2 of SX....maybe its because he didn't try to ra...er I mean kiss an unconcious sonic.

but yea...I like pretty much everyone from the various sonic continuities...Elise is one of the only 3 I don't like.

Her rendering left her deep in the Uncanny Valley and that frightened me :X
