Anyway...
Elise will not be in another Sonic game. Why? She was another Amy. A damsel in distress that has a thing for the hero. She was a boring character, and she doesn't even know Sonic canonically now. Plus there's the whole "beastiality" thing that SEGA nerfed us with.
No, I don't like her, and I wholeheartedly doubt she'll be in another game...
