Speed Rankings

I figured it would be fun to rank Sonic characters based on their speeds in the form of a tier list. So here goes:

Super Tails should be higher than Burning Blaze.
I've only once gotten the extreme gear go the speed of sound, and that was thanks to a boost, a speeder thing, and going downhill. Otherwise, I don't think they should be in 1st Tier.
But I do think Tails should be in 1st Tier. He did enter in the World Grand Prix, and he used to be able to match Sonic for speed, thanks to his tails. And Mighty as well, considering he has been stated to be almost at Sonic's speed.
Charmy should be higher as well, at least 2nd Tier. He's been stated to be the fastest insect alive, so I'd think he'd be higher up.

And in the old games. He's as fast as Sonic in those. It's pretty hilarious.

No, technically they equal in speed. Otherwise Sonic couldn't have caught up.

Super Sonic & Robotnik equal in speed in Sonic 2. I saw.

How can Eggman even run at all?!?! Would'nt his legs snap?!?! He has this huuuge belly and his legs are toothpics.

He manages to build muscle mass in his legs, somehow.

I'm guessing those Subway sandwichs he eats.
