I'd like an actual race mode, like in Adventure 2 battle but with real levels instead of mini segments. Also, 4 players instead of 2. And maybe even splitscreen co-op story.

His fishing levels in SA were an OK change of pace from everyone else’s game play and I enjoyed him as a member of Team Rose in Sonic Heroes. He’s OK.

Honestly the overall concept behind Big is not that bad. Just a lazy and easy going character who relaxes with his best buddy and fishes all day. The problem however comes in how they present Big to us (aside from his basic appearance, which I quite like personally).
His fishing levels in Sonic Adventure were TERRIBLE and felt so out of place. I do not know of a single person that wants fishing in a Sonic game. And if there's anyone that thinks fishing suits Sonic, I want whatever they're smoking.
My second and last issue with Big is his voice...I mean this in a totally literal sense, and not as a insult. Big the Cat sounds like he's retarded. I'm sorry, but it's the truth.

Uh, no, Big is a genius. He flew a highly advanced plane, that had crashed, through a storm, out of the middle of the ocean, to his house, AND managed to land pretty easily and painlessly (to both him and the plane) despite lacking landing gear.
