Are there other planets out there where we can live?

Given the size of the universe, the answer is almost surely yes. However, finding them will be like finding a needle in a hay stack, only the hay stack is incomprehensibly massive and the nearest straw of hay is multiple lightyears away. Getting to them will prove challenging as well.
