Anyway, if there was a Phoenix Wright anime, I'd watch it.

Light Yagami & L. It's cool because there is no definite bias on who is right & wrong.

Re: Anime
I don't see how there is any way for Light to have been morally right. The only time he was absolutely -NOT- wrong was in the first episode. And as he went along... selfishness, greed, power, corruption.Zezima wrote:Light Yagami & L. It's cool because there is no definite bias on who is right & wrong.
Meh, actually, that's just my own opinion, based on my own definition of morals. Never mind, then.

Re: Anime
Yeah, but I hate the chubby scenes of the characters, and the artificial dialogue half the time. Way too fake and artificial. Death note drew me into it by keeping a consisten art and dialogue style.

Re: Anime
As for the Anime style of art, the overall look and presentation of their environment and characters are something that I really do love. Anime art is awesome. I really wish that I could draw alittle bit of Anime myself. To me, it just comes down to the theme and the storyline. I can name a whole lot of shows that include some sort of gimmick that is unnatural, and it's something I just don't find all that appealing.
Dragon Ball Z
Naruto
Bleach
InuYasha
Yu-Gi-Oh
Tenchi Muyo
For example, here are two Anime shows that I do like. They have little to no over the top gimmicks.
Case Closed
Gundam Wing

That's the difference between mass death and personal deaths.Roterblitz wrote:Death Note? That show understated death more than Star Wars.Omnihush wrote:...umm, wut? it explored themes of death nearly as good as death note.
Death Note had no problems with killing masses of people, but it was excellent when portraying single character deaths, suicides, the choices, and the aftermath of such losses.
